This was just a very cold Sunday afternoon in town and the colours immediately caught my attention.
Herengracht
This was a very cold January morning, wet and rainy. I love how the lights from the buildings reflect on the water in this cosy image. You can just imagine how nice it must be to be in one of these buildings, in the warmth, looking out into the awaking Amsterdam.
A golden monkey gets into a photo shoot
On Brug 69 / Prinsengracht you can find this lovely golden monkey. He just stood out in the rare glimpse of sunlight.

Sometimes you just have to be lucky. Whilst having a think where to go next these guys from Germany got ready to record their little performance. As quickly as they appeared as quickly they disappeared. Unfortunately, I could net find them on social media. Their hoodies say ‘The School’ but that’s not a great one to find people on YouTube.
